Instructions

  • 1.   Peel all the vegetables, wash them, and cut them into large pieces.
  • 2.   In a large pot, melt the butter and sauté the vegetables. Let them lightly brown.
  • 3.   Cover with water, add the chicken bouillon cube, salt, and pepper.
  • 4.   Once it boils, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 40 minutes.
  • 5.   Blend everything together.
    Add the fresh cream, chopped parsley, and grated nutmeg.
  • 6.   Enjoy. You can also add some grated gruyère cheese.

  • 2 Roseval potatoes
  • 60 g of semi-liquid cream
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg (optional)
