Lightened rice gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare the broth. Slice the onion.
  • 2.   In a pan, brown the onion and rice. Add the broth and let the rice cook slowly, adding more as needed. Also add the peas and matchstick ham.
  • 3.   In a bowl, beat the eggs with the yogurt. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   In a gratin dish, add the rice mixture and pour the egg and yogurt mixture over it.
  • 5.   Sprinkle with grated gruyère cheese and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.

  • 200 g of bacon strips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 plain yogurt 0 %
  • 120 g of green pea (frozen) (optional)
  • 100 g of grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
