Chocolate chestnut fondant

Instructions

  • 1.   Melt the chocolate for 4 minutes in the microwave at 450W. Add the butter and leave in the oven for 30 seconds. Mix and let the mixture cool.
    Add the egg yolks, chestnut puree, and half of the sugar to this mixture, along with the sifted flour and baking powder.

    Mix everything well.
    Whisk the egg whites until they start to firm up, then add the remaining sugar.

    Gently fold them into the previous mixture.
    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

    Pour the batter into a 20 cm (8 inch) mold and bake for 10 minutes.

    Wait until the next day to enjoy it.

  • 50 g of butter
  • 130 g of sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 100 g of flour
  • 1 bag of baking powder
