Non-alcoholic Piña Colada

A drink for children, made with coconut milk and fresh pineapple.

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the pineapple, then cut it into large cubes.
  • 2.   In a blender, mix the pineapple pieces, sweetened coconut milk, pineapple juice, and a handful of ice cubes. Blend at maximum speed. Taste and add a splash of cane sugar syrup if needed.
    Serve immediately.
