Instructions

  • 1.   1 Peel the onion and garlic, put them in the food processor fitted with the ultrablade knife, then mix them at speed 11 for 10 seconds. Replace the knife with the mixer, add the oil and start the simmer program P1 at 130 °C for 5 minutes. Add the meat, tomatoes, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper, then start the simmer program P2 at 90 °C for 35 minutes. Reserve the sauce and wash the food processor.
  • 2.   2 Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). In the food processor fitted with the beater, put the flour, milk, and nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper. Mix at speed 7 for 1 minute. Add the butter and start the sauce program at 90 °C at speed 4 for 8 minutes.
  • 3.   3 Grease a gratin dish and pour a little tomato sauce. Cover with lasagna noodles, add tomato sauce, béchamel sauce, and gruyère cheese. Repeat the process until all ingredients are used, finishing with gruyère cheese. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
