Instructions

  • 1.   1 Place the fish fillets in a dish. Drizzle them with lemon juice, olive oil, and sprinkle with dill. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   2 Pour water up to the 0.7 L level in the robot's bowl. Cover the bottom of the steamer basket with parchment paper.
  • 3.   3 Roll the fillets and place them in the basket. Put the basket in the robot. Start the steam program for 20 minutes.
  • 4.   4 At the end of the cooking time, enjoy immediately with rice.

  • Tip
    You can add curry or fresh tomato cubes to the marinade.
