Mini cherry clafoutis

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the cherries under cold water and remove the stems and pits. Sprinkle the fruits with 60g of sugar and distribute them in small buttered dishes.
  • 2.   Prepare the batter by mixing the flour, the remaining sugar, and adding a pinch of salt. Add the eggs and whisk the mixture. Gradually pour in the milk to obtain a smooth batter.
  • 3.   Pour this mixture over the cherries and bake for 35 minutes in a 200°C (th. 6-7) oven.
