Chestnuts with bacon

Instructions

  • 1.   Chop the shallots and sauté them in oil.
    Add the thyme and the bacon cut into strips. Let it brown.
    Add the chestnuts and pour in the broth. Cover and let it simmer over low heat for about half an hour.
