Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
    Unroll the pastry in a pie dish. Sprinkle with almond powder. Arrange the peeled and halved pears on the bottom of the pastry.
    Bake for 25 minutes, then let it cool.
  • 2.   Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler. Add the heavy cream. Pour over the pears and let it cool completely before serving.

  • 75 g of sugar
  • 50 g of butter

  • 100 g of dark chocolate
  • 50 g of butter
  • 2 tablespoon of sour cream
