Apple-pear and coconut crumble

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the apples and pears. Then cut them into small pieces.
    Arrange them in a buttered dish.
    In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, almond powder, grated coconut, and cinnamon. Incorporate the butter in small cubes until you obtain a crumbly consistency. Cover the fruits evenly with the crumble mixture.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until the surface is lightly browned. Serve preferably warm.
