Steamed Salmon, Cauliflower and Broccoli. Lemon Sauce

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut cauliflower and broccoli into florets
    Steam with the fish for 1 hour in a steamer
  • 2.   For the sauce:
    Squeeze the lemon juice. Let it reduce in a pan until the juice evaporates and only lemon crystals remain in the pan.
    Add the heavy cream to the pan and let it brown over low heat.
    When the cream starts to brown, add the butter pieces to the mixture and stir. The sauce is ready when the butter has melted. Season with salt and pepper.

  • ½ cauliflowers
  • ½ broccolis
  • 1 spice
  • Sauce Beurre citron :
  • 1 lemon
  • 100 g of butter
  • 20 cl of liquid fresh cream
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
