Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté 4 cleaned and sliced leeks and two peeled and chopped onions in a little butter over low heat for 5 minutes. Add a peeled and cubed potato.
  • 2.   Add 75 cl of water and a bouillon cube. Let it cook for 20 minutes.
  • 3.   Blend with 15 cl of milk and 1 teaspoon of mild curry.
  • 4.   Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • 5.   Enjoy your meal!
