Instructions

  • 1.   Start this baguette-style pizza recipe by preheating the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  • 2.   Cut the baguette in half lengthwise. Cover both slices of baguette with bolognese sauce. Add a few slices of grilled eggplant, mozzarella balls, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  • 3.   Sprinkle with zaatar and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • 4.   When serving, add a few arugula leaves and some fleur de sel.
