Molten chocolate cupcakes

Instructions

  • 1.   Put the 4 egg whites in a bowl.
    Melt the chocolate in pieces in a double boiler with the butter.
    Remove from heat and add half of the powdered sugar. Mix well and add the two egg yolks, then the rice cream.
  • 2.   Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form with the remaining powdered sugar.
    Gently fold into the chocolate mixture.
  • 3.   Butter 4 small baba molds. Sprinkle them with a little flour.
    Fill them 3/4 full with the mixture.
    Put them in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 12 hours).
  • 4.   The next day, preheat your oven to 210 ° C (410 ° F) or th.7.
    Bake the molds for 10 minutes.
