Instructions

  • 1.   Bring water to a boil.
    Add the heavy cream, mustard, and cheese.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add cornstarch.
    Continue stirring.
    When the soup thickens, add salt and pepper to taste.
    Garnish with chopped spring onion and for extra indulgence, add crispy bacon bits.

  • 2 vegetable bouillon cubes
  • 130 ml of sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon of whole grain mustard
  • 130 g of Kiri
  • 4 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1 fried onion
  • 200 g of bacon matches
