Sesame Biscuits

Instructions

  • 1.   In a large bowl, mix the rice flour, salt, and coconut sugar.
  • 2.   Melt your coconut oil over very low heat.
  • 3.   Make a well in your bowl and pour in the two eggs, maple syrup, and oil.
    Mix the dough until it reaches a homogeneous texture.
  • 4.   Add the toasted sesame seeds.
  • 5.   Place the dough on your baking sheet (about 1 cm thick) and shape your biscuits with a cookie cutter (or a small glass, it works well too).
    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
    Once the baking sheet is filled, sprinkle your biscuits with small sesame seeds (for style) before baking.
  • 6.   Place your baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
