Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the fish on a griddle or in a grill pan.
  • 2.   Also grill the bell pepper.
  • 3.   Slice the zucchini into strips using a peeler.
  • 4.   In a salad bowl, place the zucchini and cover them with lemon juice, a tablespoon of olive oil, then mix.
  • 5.   Add salt and pepper.
  • 6.   Serve with the fish, grilled bell pepper, and rice.
