Chicken skewers with bulgur

Spring, sun, and the desire for curry chicken skewers on the barbecue are here! I wanted to share with you my favorite marinade recipe for flavorful curry chicken skewers, with tender meat.

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken breasts into pieces.
  • 2.   Prepare a marinade with 3 tablespoons of honey, curry, olive oil, Herbes de Provence, and the juice of the lemons.
  • 3.   Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then mix it with the marinade.
  • 4.   Let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • 5.   Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers and grill them in the oven or on the barbecue for 20 minutes.
  • 6.   Cook the bulgur in salted water.
  • 7.   Cut 3 tomatoes into cubes.
  • 8.   Serve the skewers with the bulgur, the reduced marinade sauce mixed with sour cream, and garnish with the tomato cubes.

  • 1 teaspoon of Provence herb
  • 400 g of bulgur
