Pan-fried potatoes and chorizo

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the potatoes.
  • 2.   Precook them by placing them in a pot of water and cooking them for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • 3.   Drain them and let them cool.
  • 4.   Cut the potatoes into cubes and sauté them in a pan with a little olive oil until golden brown.
  • 5.   Add the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic, then continue cooking for a few minutes.
  • 6.   Slice the chorizo and add it to the potatoes and mushrooms.
  • 7.   Season with a little salt, pepper, and chopped parsley before serving hot.

  • 250 g of button mushroom
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
