Gluten-free Brownies

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180° C (350° F).
    Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler.
    Remove from heat and add the coconut sugar and cinnamon.
    Mix well.
    Then add the eggs, followed by the flour, while continuously stirring.
  • 2.   Add the sliced almonds without breaking them.
    Transfer the mixture to a suitable baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can substitute coconut flour with chestnut flour or rice flour. It is also possible to replace cinnamon with vanilla.
