Instructions

  • 1.   Heat olive oil in a pressure cooker, sweat the onion for a few minutes.
  • 2.   Add sliced carrot, potatoes, and spinach.
  • 3.   Add 750 ml of water, crumbled bouillon cube, oregano, and salt.
  • 4.   Cook for 15 minutes in the pressure cooker.
  • 5.   Blend everything with butter and sour cream.
  • 6.   Season with salt and pepper to taste.
