Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the vegetables and roughly chop them into pieces.
  • 2.   Place the pieces in a pot of cold water, with 1 bouillon cube; do not add salt.
  • 3.   Cook until the vegetables are relatively tender (about 20 minutes after the cooking starts).
  • 4.   Blend the vegetables with the cooking water and a little bit of herbes de provence (more or less, depending on the desired consistency), and finally add the kiri.
