Goat cheese pasta gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil and cook the pasta for the time indicated on the packaging.
  • 2.   Drain the pasta and pour it into a gratin dish.
  • 3.   In a saucepan, melt the fresh goat cheese with the heavy cream. Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with thyme.
  • 4.   Pour the goat cheese sauce over the pasta and top with grated gruyère cheese.
  • 5.   Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 425°F (210°C).

  • 1 pinch of thyme
