Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
  • 2.   Place them in an ovenproof dish with the cut side facing up.
  • 3.   Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with thyme and minced garlic. Drizzle with a little olive oil.
  • 4.   Generously sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
