Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the asparagus and cut them into 2 cm pieces.
  • 2.   Clean and slice the mushrooms.
  • 3.   Peel and mince the garlic.
  • 4.   Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and mushrooms.
  • 5.   Add the asparagus, season with salt and pepper.
  • 6.   Cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
