Coconut Milk Haddock Curry

Instructions

  • 1.   Rinse and pat dry the haddock if it was salted.
    Mix saffron, curry, and coconut cream.
    Chop the onion and garlic. Sauté the onion in oil until golden. Add the garlic, spicy sauce, and crushed tomatoes. Season with salt and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and add the haddock. Cook for 10 minutes. Serve with rice.

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can add a bit of chili to this dish.
