Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the peeled and minced onion in a pot with a drizzle of olive oil.
  • 2.   Add the liter of broth and the broccoli, previously cleaned and cut into pieces.
  • 3.   Let simmer for about twenty minutes.
  • 4.   Blend the soup, season with salt and pepper, and serve with small croutons.
