Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the beet into pieces. Pour them into a salad bowl.
  • 2.   Peel and chop the garlic.
  • 3.   In the salad bowl, add the garlic, vinegar, and oil. Mix everything together. Sprinkle with parsley.
  • 4.   Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
