Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) (Gas Mark 6).

    Roll out the pastry in a pie dish,
  • 2.   prick it with a fork. Sprinkle with butter shavings.
  • 3.   Sauté the bacon bits in a frying pan, then pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • 4.   Beat the eggs, fresh cream, and milk.
  • 5.   Add the bacon bits.
  • 6.   Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  • 7.   Pour onto the pastry.
  • 8.   Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
  • 9.   It's ready.
  • 10.   Enjoy.
