Steamed stuffed pancakes

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and cut the zucchini and carrots into julienne strips.
  • 2.   Dampen the pancakes once in a bath of water and soy sauce.
  • 3.   Fill them with the vegetables and pieces of cooked chicken.
  • 4.   Add chopped parsley and a little teriyaki sauce.
  • 5.   Roll the pancakes tightly and steam for 20 minutes.
  • 6.   Serve immediately.
