Potato and mushroom gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the potatoes. Cook them for 25 minutes in a pot of salted water. Slice them.
  • 2.   Peel and finely chop the onions and button mushrooms. Sauté them in a pan with a knob of butter for 5 minutes.
  • 3.   In a saucepan, heat the milk and cream. Add the grated gruyère cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with thyme and rosemary.
  • 4.   In a gratin dish, arrange the potato slices and then cover them with the mushrooms and onions. Pour the gruyère cream over them and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.

  • 250 g of button mushroom
  • 2 onions
  • 150 g of grated Gruyère cheese
  • 15 cl of sour cream
  • 15 cl of milk
  • 1 pinch of thyme (optional)
  • 1 pinch of rosemary (optional)
  • 40 g of butter
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
