Instructions

  • 1.   Dissolve the baker's yeast in water with a pinch of sugar for 10 minutes
  • 2.   Put the flour and salt in a bowl, mix well and add the yeast water, knead until a ball forms
  • 3.   Divide the dough into 4 after removing the air, then roll it out with a rolling pin
  • 4.   Cook in a hot pan without any fat for 3 to 5 minutes, flipping the bread
  • 5.   Place the ball on the work surface and knead for 5 minutes. Oil the resulting ball and cover with plastic wrap, let it rise for at least 1 hour
  • 6.   For the hummus, simply blend all the ingredients except the parsley, which you will put on top of the hummus

  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoon of tahini
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • parsley (according to taste)
