Whole grain rice with red lentils

Instructions

  • 1.   In a large pot, heat the oil, finely chopped onions, minced garlic, and 3 tsp of curry.
  • 2.   Prepare a broth with 750 ml of water and 2 vegetable bouillon cubes.
  • 3.   Melt the vegetables over low heat, then add the rice and lentils.
  • 4.   Stir until the rice becomes translucent.
  • 5.   Pour the prepared broth all at once. Cover and continue cooking over low heat without stirring. The rice should absorb all the water.
  • 6.   Serve hot.

  • 150 g of brown rice

  • 3 teaspoon of curry powder
