1. Sauté the minced onion in olive oil.
2. Pour 1 liter of cold water into the same pot and add the bouillon cube.
3. Meanwhile, separate the small broccoli florets and finely chop the stem into small pieces.
4. When the broth is boiling, add the stem to the pot.
5. Cover, bring to a boil, and let simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
6. Then, add the florets, stir well, cover, and let simmer for 10 minutes, until the florets are tender and easily mashed with a spoon.
7. Off the heat, add the coconut milk and blend.
8. You will obtain a smooth and very mild soup!
