Smoked salmon and potato gratin (microwave)

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the potatoes thinly.
  • 2.   Butter a round glass dish, evenly layer the first layer of potatoes, then a layer of smoked fish, add some bay leaves, pepper, and a little bit of salt.
  • 3.   Continue alternating until all the ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of potatoes and a few small pieces of butter.
  • 4.   Cover and cook for 15 minutes on medium power.
  • 5.   Pour the heavy cream, cover and cook for 5 minutes on high power. Wait a few minutes and unmold.
