Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the salad.
  • 2.   Cut the pomegranate into quarters and remove the seeds, discarding any white membranes.
  • 3.   In a bowl, prepare the dressing with oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • 4.   Arrange the salad, pomegranate seeds, sprinkle with pine nuts, and drizzle with dressing on plates.
