Instructions

  • 1.   Thoroughly clean the eggshell with soap.
  • 2.   Peel and cut the mango into cubes. Add to the bowl.
  • 3.   In the bowl of the Ninja Creami, mix the protein milk, powdered sugar, egg, and a pinch of salt using a spoon.
  • 4.   If using xanthan gum, add it and blend the mixture using an immersion blender.
  • 5.   Place in the freezer for 24 hours.
  • 6.   Take out of the freezer and let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes or microwave for 30 seconds.
  • 7.   Blend using the "Light Ice Cream" program.
  • 8.   If the ice cream texture is not creamy enough, add a tablespoon of milk and run the "Respin" program to refine the consistency.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Xanthan gum is optional but it helps thicken and stabilize the ice cream for a creamier texture. Be careful not to add too much. It's better to add less than too much.
