Potato and red pepper curry

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.
  • 2.   Wash and dice the peppers into small pieces.
  • 3.   Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
  • 4.   Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion and garlic.
  • 5.   Add the spices and stir.
  • 6.   Add the potatoes and peppers and stir.
  • 7.   Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 8.   Season with salt and pepper.
  • 9.   Serve hot and enjoy.

  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger powder

  • ½ teaspoon of powdered chili (optional)
