Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
    Take out a mini cannelé mold (or muffin tin).
    In a bowl, mix together softened butter, sugar, hazelnut powder, egg yolks, flour, and baking powder until well combined.
    Fill the molds halfway and bake for 13 minutes.
  • 2.   Remove each biscuit from the oven and hollow out a small cavity.
    Let cool.
    Melt the chocolate in the microwave (4 minutes at 450 W) or in a double boiler.
    Pour the melted chocolate over the biscuits and tap to smooth.
    Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts (or almonds) and refrigerate for at least one hour.
