Vegetable Lasagna

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the carrots and zucchini into julienne strips, cook them in vegetable broth for 15 minutes.
  • 2.   Precook the lasagna sheets.
  • 3.   Mix the cooked carrots and zucchini, mushrooms, onions, garlic and shallots, cream, season.
  • 4.   Arrange the lasagna sheets and the mixture in a baking dish, alternating layers.
  • 5.   Finish with melted cheese.
  • 6.   Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 220°C.
