Instructions

  • 1.   Remove the seeds from the peppers, then cut them into thin strips.
  • 2.   Place them in a microwave-safe dish.
  • 3.   Drizzle with a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Cook for 6-7 minutes in the microwave, on high power.
  • 5.   It's delicious, the pepper is melt-in-your-mouth and unlike other cooking methods, it is very digestible this way!
