Instructions

  • 1.   Grate the peeled cucumbers and onion and let them drain for 15 minutes.
  • 2.   Squeeze out the excess liquid and mix in the yogurt, cream, crushed garlic clove, and lemon juice.
  • 3.   Season to taste.
  • 4.   Chill for 2 hours before serving.
