Instructions

  • 1.   1° Cook the zucchini in a pan, covered, with salt, pepper, a pinch of turmeric, onion, and bouillon cube.
  • 2.   2. In a blender, add the basil, yogurt, and cooked zucchinis and blend everything together.
  • 3.   3° Add a little water if the mixture is too thick.
  • 4.   4° Let it cool and refrigerate.
