Warm green beans in vinaigrette

Instructions

  • 1.   Bring a pot of water to a boil with the sugar.
  • 2.   Cook the green beans in the boiling water for 10 minutes.
  • 3.   While the beans are cooking, chop the shallots and parsley.
  • 4.   Once the vegetables are cooked, rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • 5.   In a salad bowl, mix the green beans with olive oil, parsley, and shallots.
  • 6.   Once the mixture is warm, add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
