Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the carrots.
  • 2.   In a large pot, combine the carrots, coconut milk, water, and bouillon cube.
  • 3.   Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
  • 4.   Allow to cool slightly before blending everything to make a velouté.
  • 5.   Serve hot.
