Zucchini spaghetti, raw vegan bolognese sauce

Instructions

  • 1.   1. Peel the carrots and cut them into rounds. Cut the dates and sun-dried tomatoes into cubes.
  • 2.   2. Blend the carrots with the dates, tomatoes, cashews, and nutritional yeast until you have a granular texture. Mix with a tomato sauce.
  • 3.   3. Wash and spiralize the zucchini. Season them with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Serve them cold, with the sauce.
