Instructions

  • 1.   incorporate the ingredients in the order of the list.
    Turn on the kneading machine for 10 minutes at speed 2.
    Then shape the dough into a ball.
    Let it rise for an hour in a bowl covered with a cloth (at room temperature).
    On a floured work surface, form a small ball. Flatten it.
    Divide it into 8 small dough balls. Flatten each ball.
    Cook in a hot pan without adding any fat. Cook for two minutes on each side with a lid.

  • 30 cl of water
