Gluten-free Tortilla

Instructions

  • 1.   Pour the starch, flours, and salt into the bowl of a food processor.
  • 2.   Gently heat the water. Then pour the warm water and olive oil into the food processor while kneading the dough. Stop the machine when the dough becomes smooth.
  • 3.   Divide the dough into 6 small balls and shape them into balls. Cover them with plastic wrap and let them rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  • 4.   After this time, roll out each ball thinly using a rolling pin.
  • 5.   In a medium heat skillet, cook each tortilla for 1 minute on each side.

  • 30 g of corn flour
  • 30 g of cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 pinch of salt
