Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the red onion. Chop the cilantro. Finely chop the tomato flesh.
  • 2.   Drain the corn.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix the red onion with the cilantro and corn. Crumble the feta on top and mix gently. Season with pepper and salt. Add lime juice to taste.
  • 4.   Heat the Knacki sausages in their liquid. Open the sandwiches, fill them with a sausage and add a spoonful of filling. Season with pepper and salt.
  • 5.   Finish with sriracha mayonnaise. Serve extra salsa on the side.
