Roasted Thai Salmon Steaks

Instructions

  • 1.   Place the salmon steaks in a dish. Season with salt and pepper and generously coat them with sweet chili sauce. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • 2.   Place the steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, pour the marinade over them, and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
  • 3.   Sprinkle with sliced onions and serve immediately with rice or Asian noodles.
